to Increase Energy and Productivity
with speakers from the Moody Month team
Join us for this insightful evening to learn about the different hormonal events that occur during your menstrual cycle. We will explore the 4 unique hormonal phases that occur within the cycle, and the different moods and symptoms common to each phase.
The hormonal fluctuations that influence your cycle, can also impact things like your sense of wellbeing, exercise routine and productivity. We will discover how to optimise these phases and understand evidence-based solutions that can help you support you through each phase of your cycle. We will also look at the importance of tracking your symptoms to develop body awareness, identify imbalances and notice patterns.
ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Moody Month is a moods and hormone cycle tracking app that was developed entirely by women. We will hear from Lola Ross BSc –
Co-founder of Moody Month, as well as Annie and Tara from the Moody Month community/marketing team. Lola is a registered nutritional therapist with a specialisation in women’s health, and a clinical practice in west London.
